Orders are sent from the UK. Your purchases will be carefully wrapped and parcels will be sent to you using a trackable service.

Please note that any taxes or customs duties applied once the parcel reaches its destination country, must be paid by the customer.

RETURNS

I hope you will love your Vintage Akimbo purchases. If, however, you are not fully satisfied with an item, I am happy to offer returns.

Please email me at hello@vintageakimbo.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your item to request a refund. Please return items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be returned in the same condition that they were listed.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returns and any other charges, such as taxes or customs duties, that may apply.

Once the item has been received and checked, you will be refunded via the original payment method, minus the original postage cost.

Signs of wear and any major flaws will be highlighted under the ‘Condition’ section, so please ensure you have read the description and checked all photos carefully before making your purchase.

All items marked SALE are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

All items are vintage and, therefore, one of a kind, so I do not generally offer exchanges. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to try something else, I am happy to offer an exchange. Please email me at hello@vintageakimbo.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your item and I will try my best to help.
