1970s Handmade Red Polka Dot Faux Silk Twill Shirt Dress
You can just tell this dress has been made and worn with love. It has been superbly stitched at home in a lovely silk-like satin fabric in a fabulous red and white polka dot print. It has some gorgeous details: flattering blouson sleeves with button cuffs, a dagger collar, subtle cowgirl shirt detailing, great topstitching, a pleated skirt and last but not least lovely white ridged buttons. It looks best with a belt and has belt loops for narrower belts. It would look great all year round but wouldn’t it make the perfect Christmas dress!?!

Condition Good vintage condition overall - there is a tiny darned patch on the back of the collar (1cm) and some tiny pin holes, which I have lovingly darned and are not very noticeable. To be honest her flaws make me love her more - please email for photos if concerned.
