1960s Hand Knitted Pure Irish Wool Aran Knit Zip Cardigan by Mary Smith
You can’t go wrong with a good vintage Aran knit. This is a lovely elegant collarless example with a zip fastening. It is hip length with small pockets at the front. I love the Irish flag design on the label, which confirms that the cardigan was ‘entirely handmade in the republic of Ireland from 100% wool and an original design’. Destined to become a wardrobe staple for a lucky gal out there!
