What a stunner of a skirt! It’s bursting with hand-painted floral Hydrangea on sheer, lightly crisp silk organdy and has a relaxed, modernised ‘50s vibe. It’s fully lined and has a thin bound waistband which fastens with a hook and eye and zip. Wear it fitted on the waist or with a more relaxed waist. It was made by Armand Ventilo, a high-end French brand, founded in 1972 by two brothers, Jacques and Armand.
